Returns and exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know! We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 45 days of original purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. To initiate a return, please request a return shipping label by emailing us at customercare@2pennyblue.com. Fill out the return form enclosed with your order. Place the return form along with your item(s) in unworn condition with tags attached in the original shipping box or a securely sealed shipping container and affix the prepaid label to the box to ship the package. Ship your package and we will send you an email confirmation once the package is processed.

Provided the return meets our criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and handling charges if applicable. Merchandise must have original tags in tact. After 45 days, Two Penny Blue cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Please note that many of our fabrics are hand woven, and we will not accept exchanges or returns based on slight variations in the weave, color and layout of fabric pattern as they may differ from photos on the website. These differences in the pattern and color are completely normal and ensure that your piece is unique.
